• When preparing for a special appearance or performance make sure your shoes are in good shape.  

• Pointe dancers, you never want to be caught without a good set of pointe shoes.  Consider having two pairs that you can alternate during rehearsal season.  

• Give yourself plenty of time to break in new shoes.  

• Tights!!!! Make sure you have all the colors you need and they are in good to excellent condition. 

• Hair - make sure you have a good supply of hair products for the special events and shows.  

• It is never to early to get things in order.
